The grassroots football coaching app for fair playing time
Simple match-day tools for grassroots football coaches.
Plan matches, run timed substitutions, and keep playing time fair without the stress. Built for coaches working with kids aged 7 to 14.
Grassroots football coaching is busy enough
On match day, everything happens at once.
You are watching the game, encouraging players, managing subs, answering parents, and trying to remember who has been on and off.
You want fair playing time for every child.
You want every player involved.
But when the game is flying by, it is easy to lose track.
Most apps are built for elite teams or adult football.
Grassroots football coaches need something simpler.
A grassroots football coaching app that stays out of your way
Plan at home, then run the timer and rolling timed subs on the sideline — without pulling your attention away from the pitch.
You focus on coaching.
The app keeps match day organised in the background.
After the match, results are saved and ready to review — with Premium fairness insights when you want a clearer season picture.
How the football coaching app works
Plan the match
Set the opponent, line-up, formation, and sub interval at home so everything is ready before you reach the venue.
Manage the game
Start the timer, use rolling timed substitutions, and record goals, assists, and Player of the Match in real time.
Finish and share
When the match ends, save the result and share updates in a couple of taps.
Review fair playing time
Look back at results and how minutes were shared. Premium unlocks fuller fairness suggestions and season insights.
Built for fair playing time and player development
FairPlay FC is not about winning at all costs.
Timed substitutions help you rotate on match day. Premium fairness suggestions support captain and Player of the Match rotation, bench balance, and clearer season minutes — so quieter kids still get opportunities.
It supports long-term development in grassroots football — not short-term pressure.
